The pilot price is $49 USD for one CSV or Excel (.xlsx) table with up to 200 product rows, up to three agreed cleanup rules, and one revision within that scope.

Larger files, multiple tables, new rules, and repeat projects need a separate written scope and quote.

Your handoff includes a cleaned CSV or Excel file, a change log, and a list of unresolved or conflicting details for your decision.

The delivery target is 48 hours after the source file and scope are confirmed. It is a target rather than a guaranteed deadline; any project-specific timing is confirmed in writing.

One revision addresses work within the agreed rules. New requirements are scoped separately.

Missing specifications, prices, and uncertain categories are flagged. Suspected duplicates are only merged under rules you approve.

Store access, live uploads, inventory changes, platform integrations, and guaranteed import compatibility are outside this pilot. Keep your original file and review the cleaned copy before using it in a live store.

Communication is handled in writing. Calls and video meetings are not required.

The written project setup should identify the delivery channel, who can access the source file, which processing tools will be used, and the retention and deletion arrangements.

Only share the product data needed for the agreed cleanup. Customer lists, account passwords, payment details, and unrelated personal records are not needed.

File intake and business contact details will be added when the service opens. This preview does not upload or process source files.
