What kind of files can you work with?
Excel (.xlsx) and CSV product spreadsheets, including supplier catalogs and store exports. The pilot covers one table with up to 200 rows. We review a sample before confirming the job.
What if information is missing or conflicting?
We flag it for your decision. We don't invent product specifications, prices, or other facts to fill a gap. Suspected duplicates are flagged and only merged under rules you approve.
Do I need to give you access to my store?
No. We work from the file you provide and return a cleaned copy. Store uploads, live inventory changes, and platform integrations are outside the pilot.
Do we need a call?
Everything is handled through written messages, from agreeing on the cleanup rules to reviewing the finished file. Screenshots and clear examples keep things simple.
What happens after the first cleanup?
